Use of Service
By using our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have permission from a legal guardian. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when making a booking.

Bookings & Payments
All bookings must be paid in full at the time of confirmation. A refundable bond is also required. Your booking is only secured once payment has been successfully processed.

Rental Agreement
When you rent from Style Her Label, you agree to:

  • Return the item within the agreed timeframe
  • Handle the garment with care
  • Follow all instructions provided regarding wear and return

Failure to comply may result in additional fees.

Pricing & Fees
All prices are listed in AUD and may be subject to change at any time. Additional charges may apply for late returns, damages, or loss of items.

Cancellations & Refunds
All cancellations and refunds are subject to our Refund & Returns Policy. By booking, you acknowledge and accept these conditions.

Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including images, branding, logos, and text, is the property of Style Her Label and may not be used, copied, or reproduced without permission.

Limitation of Liability
Style Her Label is not liable for:

  • Any injury, loss, or damage incurred while wearing our garments
  • Delays, loss, or damage caused by third-party delivery services
  • Events beyond our reasonable control

Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any booking at our discretion, including suspected fraud, misuse, or breach of our terms.
