At Style Her Label, we aim to ensure your garment arrives on time and in perfect condition for your event.

Delivery Timeframes

All orders are shipped via express postage.
You must select a delivery date 2 days prior to your event to allow for safe arrival.
Orders are dispatched in line with your selected rental period.

Shipping Locations

Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS.
It is your responsibility to monitor the tracking and ensure someone is available to receive the parcel if required.

Return Shipping

A return method will be provided with your order.
All items must be returned via express postage by the 4th day after your event.
Late returns will incur a $10 per day fee.

Delivery Responsibility

Style Her Label is not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by third-party courier services.
We recommend selecting a secure delivery address to avoid any issues.

Incorrect Address

If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, we are not liable for failed delivery. Additional shipping fees may apply for re-delivery.
