Refund & Returns Policy
At Style Her Label, we aim to provide a seamless and enjoyable rental experience. Please review our refund and returns policy below before confirming your booking.
Refunds
- Full refunds are only available for cancellations made at least 7 days prior to the rental start date.
- Approved cancellations will be issued as a store credit, valid for future bookings.
- Cancellations made within 7 days of the rental start date are non-refundable.
- No refunds will be issued for unused bookings, change of mind, or failure to wear the garment.
Returns
- All items must be returned by the agreed return date:
- Delivery orders: Returned via express post by the 4th day after your event.
- Pick-up orders: Returned by the next business day after your event.
- Items must be returned in the same condition as received.
- Do not wash or dry-clean garments. Cleaning is handled by Style Her Label.
Late Returns
- Late returns will incur a $10 per day fee until the item is returned.
- Continued failure to return the item may result in additional charges up to the full replacement cost of the garment.
Damaged or Lost Items
- If a garment is returned damaged, stained, or excessively worn, repair or replacement fees will apply.
- If an item is lost or not returned, you will be charged up to the full retail value (RRP) of the garment.
- Fees will be deducted from your bond, with any remaining balance invoiced.
Bond Refunds
- A $50 bond is held for each booking.
- The bond will be refunded once the item is returned, inspected, and meets our quality standards.
- Any applicable fees (late, damage, cleaning) will be deducted from the bond.
Delivery Issues
- Style Her Label is not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by third-party courier services.
- Refunds will not be issued for delays outside of our control.
