Terms & Conditions

By confirming your booking with Style Her Label, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

  1. Rental Period
    • Rental periods are based on the event date and will be clearly stated during the booking process.
    • Delivery orders: Select a delivery date 2 days prior to your event. The rental period includes the day of your event and requires return via express postage by the 4th day.
    • Pick-up orders: You may collect the dress at any time prior to your event and must return it by the next business day after the event.
  2. Condition of Items
    • You are responsible for the care of the rented item during the rental period. The dress should be returned in the same condition as when received. Do not wash or dry-clean. Any damages or excessive wear may incur additional cleaning or replacement fees.
  3. Delivery & Return Policy
    • For delivery orders, the dress will be shipped to the provided address and must be returned via express postage by the 4th day after your event.
    • For pick-up orders, you must return the dress to the designated location by the next business day following your event. Failure to return the dress on time will incur a late fee of $10 per day.
  4. Late Returns
    • A late return fee will apply for any items not returned on the scheduled return date. This applies to both postage and pick-up orders.
  5. Cancellation Policy
    • Cancellations must be made at least 7 days before the rental start date for a full refund. In such cases, a full store credit will be issued. Cancellations made within 7 days will not be refunded. 
  6. Payment
    • Full payment must be made at the time of booking. Any additional fees (such as late fees or damage fees) apply.
    • A $50 refundable bond will be charged at the time of booking. This bond will be returned to you once the dress has been received and passed our quality check. If the dress is returned late, damaged, or excessively worn, a portion or the full amount of the bond may be withheld to cover the necessary fees.
    • The client agrees to pay a damage fee for any pulls, scratches, tears, stains, or other damages during the hire period. The fee will be determined by factors such as RRP, market demand, and condition before the hire. Payment is due within 7 days of invoicing. Failure to pay may result in additional charges or legal action.
  7. Changes to Bookings
    • Changes to bookings, including rental dates or item swaps, must be requested no later than 7 days prior to the rental start date. We will do our best to accommodate changes, subject to availability.
  8. Try-On Services 
    • In-Person Try-Ons: To schedule a try-on appointment, please email us at contact@styleherlabel.com with you name, the garment/s you wish to try-on, preferred dates, and times. Appointments are subject to availability. A $10 fee applies for each try-on session.
  9. Liability
    • Style Her Label is not responsible for any loss, damage, or delays caused by third-party courier services. We are also not liable for any loss or damage to the garment while it is in your possession. By confirming your booking, you agree to take reasonable care of the garment and to provide a secure delivery address.
  10. Data Privacy
    • Your personal information will be used solely for processing your booking and will not be shared with third parties. For more information, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
  11. Right to Refuse Service
    • We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any booking at our discretion, including but not limited to instances of fraud, abuse, or violation of these terms and conditions.
